Andrew Muir

Managing Director

BSc. with Honours from UWA, Fellow of FINSIA (F FIN).

Mr Muir is a highly regarded mining executive with approximately 30 years’ experience in the mining and finance industries, originally graduating as a geologist in 1993. Andrew has a strong background in gold exploration and geology, coupled with deep project evaluation and corporate experience. Previously, he held the role of Managing Director at NTM Gold Ltd (ASX: NTM) where he was responsible for significant exploration success prior to the takeover of NTM by Dacian Gold Limited, and most recently at Caprice Resources Limited.

Mr Muir is an experienced geologist with time spent across both exploration and mining operations. He was instrumental in the discovery of the multi-million-ounce Wallaby deposit while at the Granny Smith operations, and has previously worked with Great Central Gold Mines, Placer Dome and Goldfields Limited.

Along with his successful career in mining and exploration, Mr Muir also has extensive experience in equity capital markets including at Argonaut, where he was an Associate Director with Argonaut’s Corporate team. He was also a resource analyst for JP Morgan, Hartleys and PCF Capital. As an analyst at Hartleys, Mr Muir won the 2009 Starmine/AFR Stockpicker of the year award.


Craig McGown

Independent Non-Executive Chairman

BComm, FCA

Mr McGown is an investment banker with over 40 years of experience consulting to companies in Australia and internationally, particularly in relation to fund raising and mergers and acquisitions in the natural resources sector. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, was admitted as a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and an Affiliate of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia in 1984. Mr McGown has been an executive director of the corporate advisory business New Holland Capital Pty Ltd (New Holland) since 2008 and prior to that appointment was the chairman of DJ Carmichael Pty Limited.

During the past three years Mr McGown has also served as the Non-Executive Chairman for Pioneer Resources Limited (13 June 2008 – present), a Non-Executive Director of Realm Resources Limited (31 May 2018 – present) and is the Chairman of the Harry Perkins Institute for Respiratory Health.


John Forwood

Non-Executive Director

B.Sc (Hons) LlB (Hons), MAIG, MSEG, and MAusIMM

Mr Forwood is a qualified geologist and lawyer with extensive experience in equity markets and debt finance, with a particular focus on the junior resources sector.  He has spent the past 20 years as a specialist resources financier and fund manager.  His career in resource finance began with RMB Resources Ltd, (a division of Rand Merchant Bank) in Australia and the UK.  At RMB Resources he was a manager of the private Telluride Fund in Melbourne.  He is currently Chief Investment Officer of the ASX-listed Lowell Resources Fund.  Prior to joining RMB Resources in 1998, Mr Forwood worked as an exploration geologist, including positions with North Flinders Mines in the Northern Territory, East African Gold Mines in Tanzania, and Aberfoyle Limited in Indonesia.

Currently, Mr Forwood is not a director of any other publicly listed companies. He is however a director of a number of unlisted companies including Lowell Resources Funds Management Pty Ltd which is the investment manager of the Lowell Resources Fund, an ASX listed investment trust.


Stephen Biggins

Non-Executive Director

MBA, BSc (Hons) Geol, MAusIMM

Stephen is a geologist and executive with 30 years of global exploration and mining experience. He is the former Managing Director of Core Lithium Ltd (ASX:CXO) in the Northern Territory, taking it from discovery to mining and achieving a $2 billion market capitalisation in the process. He is currently the non-executive chair of Winsome Resources Limited (ASX:WR1), which has defined a globally significant 78Mt lithium deposit in Canada, and Stelar Metals Limited (ASX:SLB).

Stephen also led the discovery of the Cannon gold mine in WA and defined the first gold resource at Golf Bore in SA as the managing director of Southern Gold Limited (ASX:SAU). He was the founding director of Investigator Resources Limited which discovered Australia’s highest grade silver deposit on its founding tenements (ASX:IVR p1 28/11/24).


Greg Fitzgerald

Company Secretary

Mr Fitzgerald is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of resources related experience and has had extensive involvement in managing finance and administrative matters for listed resources companies.

He has performed the roles of Company Secretary, Chief Financial Officer and Non-Executive Director for a number of ASX listed gold producers and exploration companies. Prior to that, he worked for EY as a manager in the firm’s audit division before moving into the resources sector.


Anna Price

Exploration Manager

Anna has almost 30 years’ experience in the mining and exploration industry in a wide variety of commodities including copper, gold, lithium and base metals across Australia, Oman and Portugal.

Anna’s recent experience includes over three and a half years at Sandfire Resources as Exploration Superintendent, six years with LSE-listed Savannah Resources in Oman and Portugal, as well as senior roles with Silver Lake Resources and De Grey Mining.

She holds a B.Sc in Geology from La Trobe University and an M.Sc from CODES University of Tasmania.


Rick Yeates

Consultant

Rick is a mining industry veteran with more than 40 years of experience in Executive, Director and Consultant roles across all technical disciplines, from exploration to production. He has worked as an exploration geologist, mine geologist, mining consultant and company director across the ASX-listed space and unlisted public companies / private companies. Rick has worked in all Australian States and 39 countries on five continents, and was Managing Director at Middle Island Resources Limited (ASX: MDI) where he was instrumental in the identification and securing of Middle Island’s exciting Barkly copper-gold project in the Northern Territory.

He has also served on the boards of several ASX-listed companies, most recently as Non-Executive Director at Western Areas Limited, until the time of its recent takeover by IGO Limited (ASX: IGO). Prior to this, Rick established and ran the highly regarded geological consultancy group RSG Global for over 20 years, prior to its takeover by Coffey International Limited in 2006.
